Research shows that within three years after the birth of a baby, approximately 2/3 of couples will experience a significant drop in relationship quality and have a dramatic increase in conflict and hostility. Research also suggests that children gain a blueprint for what a healthy relationship should look like and feel like through their own parent's relationship.
Pre and post-natal workshops and sessions focus on changes in identities and relationships after the birth of a baby and whilst navigating the journey into parenthood.
